The Hills Run Red stars Sophie Monk, William Sadler and Tad Hilgenbrink. It's the story of a young aspiring film maker attempting to find a copy of a long lost film called....The Hills Run Red. He ends up finding the director's daughter and she takes he and his friends to where the film was shot. It turns out the killer in the film is still running around loose and not quite finished with his role.
This is a typical type torture porn slasher that has been regurgitated many times the last few years. It has some decent kills, a nice little twist and Sophie Monk especially does a fine job as the junkie stripper daughter. Not as good a film as Hostel or Saw but it's a nice effort and worth a watch for the harder core horror fan especially.
